      There are none to talk about.

      Cons

      Management, pay, hours, benefits, environment, and just the whole place. They can't sell cars because their sales managers are stuck in the past and think the only way to sell is to pressure and belittle customers and to yell and threaten employees

      Pros

      Great people to work with in the Parts Department, close nit group, very easy going and understanding people. Flexible with your work schedule if you do a good job.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get down and dirty with cleaning and can be physical. If you arent into rolling up your sleeves this may not be for you.

      Good pay compared to sales positions at the dealership. Comfortable office environment. Good discounts on parts and service.

      Cons

      Hours are long. Only will make a good wage if work is coming in as it is commission based. Be prepared for customers who cannot be satisfied.
