      Pros

      Sure, you can make money. Infiniti - Great product. Service, detail shops are great.

      Cons

      Work-life balance does not exist. Exceptionally long days, minimal PTO, benefits. Payroll structure very disorganized and inaccurate, requires constant monitoring. Draw pay equates to less than minimum wage. Preaches customer experience excellence, which frequently drops once the deal is closed.

      Bonus if sales were high for the month, but you never had any control over that.

      Cons

      Never promoted from within, upper management was making insane bonuses and hourly employees were left in the dust. High turnover.
