      Pros

      Nice people to work with, family atmosphere and support. Casual atmosphere and very little stress involved with the type of work we do.

      Cons

      The principals are quite rigid with start time, lunch breaks, departure times, overtime and vacation time. There isn't any room to grow or to provide input for projects or change within the organization
