      Pros

      1.) Visa issues are handled best. The staff is good at work. 2.) Salary on time. 3.) Comparatively good ranking among consultancies.

      Cons

      1.) Typical consultancy, less pay. As per %, they don't go beyond 75% - 25% even for experienced candidates. 2.) No many benefits.

      Nothing good about the employer

      Cons

      Worst employe with Money mindset and haven't paid me according to the LCA filed to the USCIS. No one responds when you need them and don't even have a minimum knowledge, what needs to be done. even as a full-time employee, I have to pay my insurance and he never paid the salary he promised. 95% of the employees are fake and I don't know how the prime vendors work with them.
