      As a consultancy firm, they are the best in business. Provides salary on time. Provides flexibility where ever required. Good industry review about the company

      Cons

      More of a consultancy/staffing firm Maybe they are too much dependent on other consulting firms to get opportunities. They don't have direct business with clients

      Pros

      Though I had joined from Full time to Hourly basis(that I got to know later) this company never gave me hard time on my salary and rate per hour. HR and back office guys are more prompt and generous that you would never feel working in a consultancy. Rather I would say these guys are more advanced in technology compared to full-time companies in the market (TCS, Cogni etc).

      Cons

      Lack of internal job portal website where I can refer to my friend.
