Pros
They have been very honest with me right from the day one i was employed with. Though there are not lot of benefits to offer but they pay good enough to cover up our other expenses. They have been always generous in providing any additional certifications or training's if required. I highly recommend the company for their Immigration services and it is far better than big giant companies.
Cons
Calling the Key Employees every other month to understand their Issues or any other concerns would be better, though i didn't find any issues but we would expect those follow up calls from the HR or Employee relations team.
