Great company backed by true leadership and support. Having in house processing, underwriting and funding makes for a smooth process for all parties.

I'm sorry you feel this way. WE hire Melinda who is our VP of Business Development to help with Marketing and we have been throwing events each month covered by the company to help with getting Loan Officers in front of realtors. We also gave promotional items to allow you to take out for marketing. A lot of mortgage companies do not offer these benefits. We also have lead plans for loan officers who need more opportunities to get business. I'm also sorry to hear that you are not happy with management. From an HR perspective, this was not made aware of the concerns, and we do surveys quarterly to grade our managers based on other team members' feedback.

Hands on training, great pay, consistent leads, feels like a big family, amazing team to work with! If you want a great company to learn from- Reliant Mortgage is the way to go!!
