Pros

Flexibility of work hours, training, opportunity for success, and a great culture. Reliant has provided me with everything they promised during the hiring process and even more which is very rare these days. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to better your life with a great income and the ability to enjoy your personnel life as well.

Cons

Can be long hours but that comes with the industry more than the company.

I've learned more in the months that I have been here specific to the mortgage industry than I have in the preceding years I was with other companies in this industry. Very much a family like feel to it.
