Fun job, busy, meet lots of people! Hiring process is easy. Lots of PRN staff!

Cons

Facilities are spread out. Travel A LOT! Some facilities are small. Need more full time staff in rural areas.

Pros

The best thing about working for reliant is the PTO. The company is large and have openings all over so it would be easy to relocate.

Cons

12 percent pay cut in 2 years, and the company tells everyone in the conference call that if they go ahead a quit, that's fine. We are to large and growing. If you don't work for us now, it's only a matter of time.
