Pros

Good experience for getting your foot in the door of healthcare administrative support.

Cons

Poor training, management staff isn't organized or professional. Work hours were not set as specified in the job interview. Tried to start training without background checks complete or any of my credentials verified. Low staff morale. Didn't include weekend staff on day to day operations, training or any happenings that occurred with the regular weekday staff.

It's exciting to watch this company grow and to be a part of it. To compare this company to 5 years ago, it's stronger and kinder.

Cons

Need to have more clinical development and direction. The clinical aspect has not grown with the growth of the company.
