Pros
Been working with Reliant for several years and they have been great to work for. They aren’t perfect but always try to do the right thing. I have seen lots of changes over the years and company has really evolved into a leading therapy provider in SNF. I can tell that management values employees, respects clinical judgement and advocates for team members. They work to create a team atmosphere for employees.
Cons
No 401k match, HR can be frustrating but will usually respond to emails.
