      Poor mid management

      Pros

      Excellent clinical staff to work with.

      Cons

      Poor middle management by managers that have never ever obtained their positions and poor accountability on their part as well as unequal expectations by them on different on site managers creating an uninviting environment. No annual performance reviews making little desire for staff to better selves. Large disconnect from executive and upper management when it boils down to on site care.

      Pros

      Healthcare coverage after 3 years t\time off accurual increases.

      Cons

      High productivity, leaving little time to complete documentation. They do not pay holiday pay. No pay raises. An "ATTA Boy" now and then would be morale booster.
