The executive leadership team is holding excellent work hostage by being the most inept, cruel group of pick-me kids I've ever seen. They want so much to be Big Business Leaders, but they're helming a small business because no actual grown-up business would put up with their unprofessionalism. They have no idea how to create a business strategy, how to operate a business, how work works - it is baffling. And it's the worst-kept secret there. Literally everyone there knows it's terrible, everyone there actively hates the C-suite, and does their best to figure out how to do good work under the radar. Relias will break your heart over and over again, because it is a product that really can and does quite literally save lives, and this handful of idiots is at the front of the room playing workies like it's some kind of after-school club for mean girls.
