      Good benefits, flexible/unlimited PTO, nice headquarters with coffee/snacks

      Cons

      A lot of changes without a heads up or reasons why. Several lay offs each year.

      • Once a genuinely great place to work • Coworkers are talented and supportive • Benefits look good on paper

      Cons

      • Toxic culture shift over the last few years • Leadership sets inflated, unattainable numbers and blames ICs when they’re missed • Constantly changing strategies without giving anything time to work • Coaching Memos (CMs) and PIPs are handed out like candy to avoid paying severance • “Flexible” PTO isn’t flexible when it’s denied for lack of sales/pipe • Zero leads provided but KPIs are still expected every month • Speak up with feedback and you’ll be documented in your review • Managers micromanage while piling on endless internal meetings • Burnout and fear are the standard environment

      -Truly wonderful people to work with -Unlimited PTO -Volunteer Days -321 Coffee on site always cheers you up with the positivity of the employees

      -Unattainable quotas -Very low base salary compared to other companies in the area -There are so many new products, many of which are not ready to go to market, and we are required to sell them all
