      Agreed - fair comment. Everywhere does have a downside. The important thing is to find an environment where you enjoy coming into every morning, are challenged, and love the people you work with while also enjoying fair pay and great benefits.       Thank you for your review! One quick comment on the LMS modules...because many of our courses are accredited, the vast majority of our >4,000 course library is revised at least once every 3 years. Also, when regulations or best practice recommendations change, our courses are updated to reflect current information. We strive to make improvements to our courses ongoing, so we make sure our revision process addresses instructional and visual design aspects, in addition to the course content. By the way, the new course template looks really great!
