      Pros

      I truly enjoy working for Relias. This is a company where the effort you put in lead to promotions, growth and opportunities. Employees can attend quarterly book clubs, join the mentorship program, and bring ideas to the team that are then implemented. Managers across the company are supportive of the growth of their own employees as well as other staff members who interact with them.

      Not a company that you can just clock in and out - must put in effort
