Pros
Unlimited PTO, health benefits, friendly and smart individual contributors.
Cons
This is not a safe or supportive workplace. Despite promoting a culture of “healthy debate,” the reality is that differing opinions are not welcome—expressing an alternative viewpoint can quickly make you a target. Leadership is toxic and unqualified, with many managers promoted based on favoritism rather than skill or merit. There is no diversity in leadership, and the lack of representation is glaring. Trust is not something you can place in your managers. Communication is poor, and transparency is nonexistent. Goals shift constantly with no real explanation, and you’re expected to adapt immediately without question or input. Psychological safety is nonexistent. If you’re looking for a workplace that values integrity, professionalism, and actual leadership, look elsewhere.
