Pros

Employees skewed younger and the company planned a lot of fun office events to allow us to mingle. The 2 week in office training program to start really helped build relationships and get to know the company. Subject matter experts were knowledgeable and the products are truly helpful to the Healthcare industry. Good place to start your career and get experience.

Cons

Management in my team was all new and my direct manager was a micro manager with no experience managing anyone else. They offer "unlimited pto" but don't actually uphold it. My manager was allowed to cancel a vacation I had planned and had approved months earlier because they decided I should spend my time working instead. HR told me they leave those things up to the manager and wouldnt back me. Pay is not competitive with larger companies.

I work on an amazing team; management is super supportive and works to ensure that you are getting what you need professionally to grow in your career. Benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

Pay could be better; at the lower end of median for area.
