Pros

Easy interview. Health insurance policy is okay

Cons

Poor management. Can’t stress this enough - when Relias began to work from home, it exposed the fact that there’s an entire layer of management that does nothing, but be professional. That value is out the window once you’re just doing a job. Our director was essentially absentee since he got promoted. Half the staff is overworking. It’s obvious, but the management doesn’t recognize it because it doesn’t fall under the realm of professionalism. I moved to a company who doesn’t share this useless goal and it’s stunning the difference in respect and drive you see with the team. Healthcare deductible. DEI non-existent- not an inclusive company. Low pay.

Pros

Employer paid taxes and health benefits

Cons

Some of the recent VPs hired across marketing are absolutely horrendous. While that is not my focus, the individuals on that team I am close with tell horrifying stories. I have had a few first hand accounts myself with the person of question. It’s getting extremely bad. I do want to echo one of the latest reviews that states how Relias should stop focusing so much on employees ‘colors’ from a personality test. It is absolutely being weapon used and it is increasingly astonishing how widely that behavior is tolerated. The only way to get a raise is to move departments. So that means you have loads of people constantly moving to roles that they are TRULY not qualified for. It’s as simple as that. It’s affecting the company at large. Yet HR loves to boast a 20% yearly transfer and promotion rate! It HAS to be mostly transfers. People who have started in the last year and a half/two years are always astonished at how many meetings there are at this company. What’s even more astonishing is how hard it is to get any type of actual work done. The meetings are pointless and leadership is oblivious.
