      Exciting and differentiable technology - prospects and customers eyes light up when they see it working with some of the top people in our space - Reltio's core employees have all been successful at other enterprise software vendors, working with them every day is inspiring Founders and senior execs have a clear vision, are real pros, and are fun to be around Great work environment

      Cons

      pace and expectations of 'hitting the ground running' are not for everyone

      Pros

      Reltio is a fantastic team environment, where everyone is driven to produce the best product for our customers. The executive's and management are supportive and facilitate career growth.

      Cons

      If you aren't used to a job that requires being a self starter and being responsible for driving growth and business, there will be a learning curve.

      Exciting to be a part of high growth company!

      For those not used to, flexible working and remote working can take some time to get used to but there are many tools to help with flexible culture.
