      Incredible support across executive leadership and peers. Fantastic training that is not overly complicated but gives you a solid foundation for success in sales. Cutting edge software in high demand. Fair pay and excellent benefits and culture! Very lucky to be here

      Pros

      - Built great relationships with colleagues that will last a lifetime - Transparent leadership. As the company matures, some of the transparency goes away because of regulation and because of company growth, but this is normal. - Exposure to leading edge technology in a fast-paced environment - Lots of growth opportunity for strong contributors - Great market opportunity and the leadership to capitalize on it - Investors are bullish on the future of the company - Benefits are great

      Cons

      - The work-life balance isn't always the easiest to maintain, but has improved significantly over the past few years. - There have been challenges in setting challenging, but achievable financial targets. However, the overall value of the company continues to trend in the positive direction. - The company thinks compensation is more competitive than it is in reality. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. This has added importance given how restrictive stock option grants have become in later stages.
