      Competitive pay and benefits. Good and transparent management. Independence to work and take initiatives. Opportunity to work with cutting edge tech.

      Cons

      Salary increments are very slow. Promotions are driven by favouritism. India management needs to be more transparent and look into performance in more details before deciding promotions.
