Pros

Growth in these economic conditions is challenging. I am grateful that our executive team is making proactive decisions to ensure the long term stability of the company. There have been a lot of changes but our outlook is strong across all areas of the company. I enjoy working here as I can see my contributions to the business make a difference

Cons

There are bandwidth issues with certain roles. I think we could be more productive if we could eliminate some of the choke points

Pros

Wow what a difference 2 years make. The best place to begin is they hired an unqualified CEO who brought in all his friends to back him and blew up the culture before he could not fake it anymore and eventually he was forced out last summer. Not before much of the talent jumped ship. Blew money on hiring way too many people, everyone has a director title to seem important and manage none or 1 person. It was a great platform, with a great culture, but they are literally going to have to start over and build from scratch this leadership. VP and director level should be wiped, corruption is an under statement. The ethical people have left or no longer have a voice. People are miserable, sales are in the tank and when the company was getting funding it was wasted on unnecessary trips for meetings that could have been on zoom, hiring way too many managers, who managed literally nobody, VPs are directors not VP level, spend their days having people create slide decks to present their cooked up numbers over and over. It is quite possibly the most inefficiently run company in tech. It was not always this way, the shift happened with CH and the crew he brought over. It’s time to clean house if there is hope of recovery. The 2/2/22 dream was a joke and anyone who could do math would have told you that.

Cons

Good people have left. Poor leadership. Lack of direction.

Pros

- CEO, Founder, Manish Sood - inspiring, incredibly knowledgeable, transparent in his communications, great leader. Involved in the business. Knows where the industry is going. - Executive Leadership Team - Solid, good leadership, transparent, great management skills, approachable, accountable, honest, genuine. -Culture - Reltio is all about teamwork. They have a really unique culture which is emphasized and re-emphasized in every single presentation that is given internally. They begin every internal presentation with an emphasis and reminder about their unique culture, mission and values. I have never seen this in my 30+ years of working in high tech. - Work/Life Balance - While a mid to late stage startup, most , if not all, employees work remotely and management is respectful of holidays and weekends. Frequent "Reltio Recharge Days" (days off) are given throughout the year.

Cons

Reltio is a mid to late stage startup - you WILL work (no hiding in the corner office/cube). I don't consider this a "con", but if you want to kick your feet up, this isn't the place for you. That said, they have tremendous respect for the people that they hire in their specific roles and will let you run, experiment, "run your own business". Very entrepreneurial spirit.
