Benefits - but now it seems its a con

- Just read the HR script rubber stamp response to another colleague - Terrible! - Be honest, and don't throw around this Credo non-sense now, after the direct lies to employees during each 'Open Door' share on the finances. - Why would we open/then keep a Portugal office when we knew we had more headcount than revenue and let go of the US side of the business? - I would use the "anonymous surveys" you put out like candy each week and let the employees really share the truth to the CEO. - "Encourage employees to step forward and share concerns....?" then be fired, how can they when their manager's are apparently the issue here. - Your responsibility should be to your "Employees" first, without them you have no company!

They Pay for healthcare is best I can do

Cons

- Sales management is terrible, everyone riding coat tails. Brought in CRO to cleanup, don't even know if he is still there. - More Managers than actual staff to do the work. Promotions within that are not open to others to apply. Promoting staff that have never managed and existing management that is clueless. Sad for the CEO who has no clue. - Execs that lie right to your face. Disgraceful, Shameful and down right Disrespectful! - What is worse, Sales Execs didn't even pickup the phone to tell their employees and let HR or their minions surprise them they were let go! - How Disrespectful, have some empathy and grow a pair! - 1 month severance + 4 weeks pay? The worst anyone has seen! Sad, very sad!
