Pros

The company operates in an industry that is growing rapidly. The customers line up is great and growing. The customers with real-time use cases are deriving the most value out of the platform. The platform has a unique placement in the market where it solves multiple scenarios such as Master Data, Customer experience and Data Management. As compared to the competition, Reltio has a fresh look at an age old problem of breaking down Data Silos. The team is full of talented and passionate people who are trying to change how the industry thinks about Data Management. The cherry on top is the customer first focus. All product engineers and product managers regularly spend time working with customers and dealing directly with customer issues. It gives an opportunity and skills to take independent decisions. There is a sentiment and desire to contribute to the success of the company. Many leaders have emerged from within the company who took initiatives and grabbed opportunities. The employees have adopted an open culture and feedback is appreciated. There have been some missteps in the past (like all growing startups) but the management takes feedback seriously and acts on it. The teams celebrates wins with a culture of Better Together. Product with great potential to be the next big Data Management company.

Cons

The company is going through the regular pains of a growing startup. Some things get resolved quickly and some take their own time. Sales team are starting to deliver again after a recent leadership changes in the team.

Reltio Response

As you know we are open to all feedback and spend quite a bit of our time, energy and focus on making Reltio a great place to work. What you describe here is not feedback we have received in the past and we are frankly quite surprised and saddened by these accusations. I would like to point out that Reltio is not and never will allow for discrimination of any kind. We are very sorry that this was your experience. However, based on the feedback we do receive from our employees and from our Engagement Survey results, our 300 employees are highly engaged and love working at Reltio.

Pros

remote work environment and telecommute from home allowed

Cons

hire friends of friends, leadership has it's favorites and is a club of it's own. Company has been going downhill for awhile. Unprofessional and don't care about employees that are high performers but not in the club.
