      Great Opportunities to help Reltio and Customers "Be Right Faster"

      Pros

      I've worked at Reltio for the past two years. It is a fantastic place to work, a little informal in some regards, but that honestly makes for a friendlier and more open work environment. The management is engaged with both the product and the workforce, and the CEO - Manish Sood, is open and friendly to all. I prefer to come into the office most days, but they are flexible about working remotely. They place a great deal of trust in their staff, and have high expectations, but it's ultimately a very rewarding place to be.

      Cons

      None I can think of, things have been getting better all the time.

      Challenging work with bright people

      - Impressive workmanship within and across teams - Autonomy that comes with flexible work arrangements - Opportunities to improve your skillset and be creative - Satisfaction in knowing that your hard work helps move the needle - Supportive management - Never denied time off when I needed it

      Cons

      Startup growing pains, managing shifting priorities and working remotely takes time getting used to.

      Great point about keeping remote teams informed and in the loop. We will continue to distribute information via ReltioVIP for employees, company all-hands, LifeatReltio, and plain old email updates. Nothing beats a good face-to-face though, so you should come visit HQ when the timing is right. Or we will come out to you, just let us know. Thx for the review.

      One of the best company I worked for

      If you love to work on challenging cutting edge technology, this is the place! Great benefits, awesome people and flexibility are some of the key benefits of working here. Management is supportive and take care of the peoples, they keeps people motivated, and in turns customers happy, always recommend.

      Cons

      Can't think of any cons, one of the best places I have worked.
