      Pros

      Full support for remote work. Unlimited vacation. Interesting technology. Nice people.

      Cons

      Executive management does not communicate effectively within their own team or with other teams. Contradictory guidance/priorities delivered from individual executive team members who step in to override plans and assignments developed by managers further down the ladder, thereby interrupting productivity and stripping leads of their autonomy. Toxic, backbiting, manipulative corporate culture based on micromanagement and passive-aggressive communication styles rather than clear direct input. Poorly organized development process and implementation resulting in constant customer escalations that kill off work-life balance for employees.

      Best place to work with Awesome product, people and culture

      Pros

      Reltio is one of a kind Cloud and Big Data startup where focus is much on getting the work done rather than slogging processes. The technology is incredibly awesome, exciting and complex at the same time, which is gaining high traction in the Data Management, Big Data, Cloud and Analytics space . Everybody is passionate about what they are doing and genuinely attached to their work. Our CEO truly is a great leader and down to earth person and everybody loves working with him. Open space working environment coupled with exciting events through out the year.

      Cons

      None as of now. Normal Growing pains as the product is gaining traction among customers.

      Professional interview process, excellent on boarding, and flawless fist few weeks!

      Pros

      After a highly professional and detailed interview process on both sides, the first two weeks on board have proven way beyond my expectations. From the CEO down the teams have been welcoming and collaborative. Impressed by the the know how and technology behind the Engineering and Product teams and already a huge fan of how Sales is delivering customer success. The energy, drive and enthusiasm across Reltio is contagious, I am already driven to deliver more!

      None to date, just wish I could add value faster!
