      Pros

      You get paid weekly and we have positions that are temp to hire.

      Cons

      Remedy has a lot of work ahead of them. They need to grow some more.

      -Good pay + bonus on each job you filled

      Cons

      - This is no 8-5 type position- you work when the candidate/client emails or calls you. -Must attend many social events to meet more candidates/clients. -High stress if you don't fill your open positions -Small franchise - so you had to eat lunch at your desk and take incoming calls or walk ins. -Would use the phrase "right company fit" in many situations, however this phrase had many different meanings and would hide intolerant and bias assumptions.

      Pros

      Management knows that happy employees work harder, and allow you to enjoy yourselves around the office, as long as all your work is completed by the end of the day. Ample upward mobility, and management discusses this with you regularly - your goals, what they see you doing, what you need to improve upon, etc. Conversations concerning improvement are handled extremely well, and in a manner that doesn't leave you wondering if you're going to loose your job if the issue isn't fixed in five minutes.

      Cons

      Senior Management was more curt and rude in their interactions with some employees, but generally welcoming and involved. I felt comfortable to approach the owners with questions.
