These people are NOT good to work for

Pros

Nothing really good to say. The only nice thing was their direct payment card or direct deposit. The people who work in payroll are also very friendly.

Cons

They offer very low pay and almost no benefits. One could never hope for vacation, sick or holiday pay unless you work as a staffer. The medical insurance is awful. The jobs they offer are terrible. Either highly boring and tedious or just plain disgusting.

Pros

Ability to travel. Pay is compatible. Working directly with Client and warehouse staff was a great experience.

Cons

Not enough in office support. Keeps placing problem associates over and over again with other clients. Always reactive not proactive.

Pros

Reasonably stream lined process from my experience, they interview you, see what kind of skills you have, and try to find a place for you in their openings. Depending on the job they may be a little overly vague about what the work actually entails, like mine was at a call center and the most I could really get was "no, it's not making cold calls". They were also fairly accomodating (if a little slow) when I needed to leave my assigned job due to a health condition cropping up due to excessive overtime and the other companies' inability to accommodate an ergonomic solution.

Cons

At the time of my search, there were not very many openings. I think I could have gotten a better position, possibly even from what was available except my agent was too iffy on whether or not I could do a job I was pretty sure I wouldn't have had an issue with filling.
