      Pros

      The only pro is that I got a job, even if it is for a position that I feel I'm overqualified for.

      Cons

      I applied for a collections position through remedy. They lied to me about what I would be interviewing for so when I went to the business I was taken aback because it was for something completely different. I ended up taking the job bc the pay wasn't bad but I felt like I was being forced into something just to help them meet their recruiting quota.

      Having temporary work, Good Pay, and Benefits

      Cons

      No available assignments. When you first sign up your rep tells you that they get together at the end of the day or week to discuss the different positions they have amongst themselves but yet my rep seems to never have any available assignments and I continue to see hiring adds for them claiming they have assignments.

      Pros

      Being a personnel supervisor gets you very good experience in staffing. You learn the ins and outs, how to manage accounts, interact with clients, the HR side of the business; recruiting, interviewing, supervising etc.

      Cons

      This company sucks! You are underpaid, over worked and not appreciated. Turnover is ridiculous people are let go constantly, people are leaving constantly. Management makes your job harder by ripping apart candidates. First off: we work with under skilled, under educated, unreliable people. How is it expected to hire "quality people" if most of the people that work with us don't want to work anyway? At least once you leave this place you will appreciate your new job. After Remedy you will know what hell is like- literally
