They were fairly flexible with their employees.

Cons

From management down there's an immense amount of drama and people get hired and fired based on that. The manager decides on how she feels about someone that day and whether they're keeping their employment with the company instead of basing anything on facts.

I was placed on an assignment with a major Remedy client within a week of my interview. The position was Monday-Friday with no weekends. Weekly paycheck that was always paid on time.

Cons

No benefits, long commute to work. Being a temp, you are looked down upon by permanent employees. The pay could have been better.
