-You do not need any relevant experience to work here -Interview process is quick

Cons

-long hours/no overtime due to being salaried -high turn over rate for both candidate and your coworkers -No diversity or empathy from leadership -Lacking resourcing in office such as wifi, lighting, AC/heat at times -No documentation or training process -"family first" company with nothing to prove besides stating this buzzword -Harassment from both candidates seeking employment and male coworkers -Corporate culture -This is an entry level recruiter job, you are here to send a live body to the client and baby sit adults. This is not about finding the right/qualified candidate for your clients, it's about sending anyone with a pulse -You will have to have conversations with adult candidates about poor performance, disrespectful behavior, physical violence, and doing drugs/illegal activities at client sites -Low pay -No management or goals from the company themselves -Daily CRM crashes/software does not load to look at candidate profiles -Boy club and lack of respect
