9yI really appreciate how you've captured ... "smart, kind people, service that makes the world a better place, best idea wins environment, truly collaborative and innovative environment, ability to make an impact. Culture of trust.". ... I care a lot about people and culture so that means a lot.
I agree that smaller companies can have more ambiguity but, if you feel like there is anything that we can do to improve here, I'm definitely open to ideas.
And great reminder to continue to focus on transparency and recognizing employee accomplishments. That's always our goal.
