Pros

It's a great place for work if you want to work in a startup that is successful, growing, and evolving. There is no micromanagement and lots of freedom.

Cons

Sometimes the workload is overwhelming even if you work 8 hours a day no-stop. It's definitely not an 8 to 5 job, but this is pretty common for startups.

Remofirst is at a very early stage, and you can influence lots of decisions and have a great connection with the team as you are building something almost from scratch. Here you'll find lots of freedom, a diverse environment, no micromanagement, and the possibility to wear multiple hats and be involved in many projects.

Cons

The workload may be too overwhelming sometimes, but it's something common for an early-stage startup. It's always necessary to communicate this to the manager.
