Pros

Remofirst is at a very early stage, and you can influence lots of decisions and have a great connection with the team as you are building something almost from scratch. Here you'll find lots of freedom, a diverse environment, no micromanagement, and the possibility to wear multiple hats and be involved in many projects.

Cons

The workload may be too overwhelming sometimes, but it's something common for an early-stage startup. It's always necessary to communicate this to the manager.

Pros

This company has a really strong culture - sets strong expectations for each individual contributor. Managers support sales reps, listen, make process change when needed and are realistic with metrics. A lot of flexibility to work when and where you want. Highly recommended, great place to work.

Cons

Startup environment (which can be a con if you are not ready for it) you must be flexible and this can frustrate some but if you are ready for constant change you will be fine!

The culture is amazing Work life balance Everyone is nice, friendly So many smart people, from so many different countries - I'm constantly impressed by the dedication, talent, and work ethic of our team Everyone goes out of there way to help their teammates/coworkers There's exciting business goals and clear expectations Leadership is transparent, honest, and inclusive Even though it's fully remote I feel like I know everyone, and part of a family So grateful for this opportunity!

Cons

I can't think of any cons! I've seriously enjoyed my time working here, and I'm excited for where this company is heading!
