      There aren’t any pros working for this company.

      Cons

      Extremely poor training. Massive micromanaging. No bonuses, no incentives. Pay rate is too low for the skills, experience and expertise that are required for the position.

      Poor management, unattainable high quotas

      Flexibility Peers/ very nice and collaborative colleagues Remote work

      Cons

      Everything changed in 2 years. No more Unlimited PTO, No Sales Kickoffs, Constant layoffs, Unattainable quotas, commission structure changed not in our favor. incompetent management All the best sellers left.
