      Very disconnected. Middle management with attitude

      Pros

      Remote work. Ok compensation. Equipment provided.

      Cons

      Middle managers with no idea on how to do performance management. Passed performance review with previous manager who managed my work for 5 months. On the 5th month, was transferred to a power tripping interim manager who micro-managed my work - including flagging indention on emails and zendesk. Gave me work on days where I filed for leave and claimed that she did not see the leave request. Processes within the team differed from region to region. No cohesiveness whatsoever.

      No room for growth

      Pros

      - okay benefits - work from anywhere (well, only 60 days in the year) - unlimited PTO (well, they recently changed to only up to 30 days) - diverse colleagues - work life balance is the only thing that keeps me here

      Cons

      - horrible leadership that stunts growth - budget cuts and major leadership changes - 3 CMOs in less than a year - lower than average salaries - for a tech company, the benefits are not competitive
