Pros

Salary and remote working. Can work in different timezones

Cons

Working practices are still chaotic, need to get on good side of manager to get promoted, meaning promotion is based on relationship not merit. No bonus or 13th month salary. Currently company is letting go employees to make it leaner. Maybe try in the future. Favours more employes in EMEA timezone rather than APAC

Pros

Great people are still at Remote!

Cons

Pros: There are signs of positive change within the organization. A shift in leadership has brought a renewed sense of hope, and there is growing optimism that the team can move in a clearer direction. Engagement with the team appears to be improving, and there is potential for stronger alignment across departments going forward. Cons: The SDR organization faced significant challenges over the past year, including reduced pipeline, low morale, and organizational changes. Strategic decisions during that time led to instability and turnover. While the recent transition is promising, many teams are still in a rebuilding phase and may need time to fully recover. Advice to Future XDRs: Consider speaking with current team members to gain insight into the post-transition environment and evolving leadership culture. The rebuilding process may extend into early 2026, but there is optimism that the changes underway will support a more stable and collaborative future.
