- Remote Work Style - Flexible Hours - Work anywhere in the world - Have amazing team members from all over the world - Autonomous - Have a lot of freedom and responsibility towards the product - Company Values - These values are not just fluff, they truly mean every word and it is reflected DAILY in the company - Nice People - Everyone you work with is just the nicest person you meet. Not to mention professional, smart, and driven.

Cons

- Being 100% remote is a plus for me, but if you are not ready for that style of work then it may be a con for you, - Autonomous - again, maybe a pro for some a con for others
