      There's nothing positive about this company at all

      If the devil were a corporate entity, he'd be Remote.com. This company cynically exploits extended probation periods to hire and fire employees on a whim, shamelessly bypassing redundancy laws. They leave you with no notice period to survive on, and in the week leading up to Christmas, they carried out a ruthless round of firings, offering nothing but a week’s pay while threatening to claw back any commissions earned. At the interview stage, they lure you in with promises of a perfect work environment, but don't be fooled—these people are utterly soulless, driven only by profit and a complete disregard for human decency.

      Pros

      Some really good managers. Very solid product and great PMF.

      Cons

      Multiple layers of management keep being added. Decision-making is top-down with little input from front-line workers. Recent changes to HR policies for the worse. Morale is not in a great spot and issues that should have been corrected a long time ago still persist.
