      You get to work remotely, the rest is not great

      You get to work flexibily

      Cons

      Management is inexperienced and not open to feedback. Teams are micromanaged without intent. If you speak up you will get bullied into leaving. Your actual job performance means almost nothing in terms of promotion and opportunity.

      Middle management lacks competence and the company structure doesn't allow projects to be created, implemented and there's very little room for career growth

      Not obiding by their own values & random layoffs

      Random, untransparent layoffs that are swept under the rug, after hiring intensely just a few months earlier. From IC's to Senior Management. No values have been made reality (Care, Transparency etc.)
