Pros

Values, Integrity, Flexibility, Career Growth. The top values at Remote are kindness and ownership. They resonate loudly throughout the whole organization and make it one of my favorite jobs in my 16 year career.

Cons

Crazy fast growth sometimes means rolling with the punches but it's invigorating to me,

Pros

Everyone lives and breathes by the company values (kindness, ownership, excellence, transparency, and ambition). Remote first environment, the team is the most diverse I've worked with. Leadership is inspiring, with a strong focus and holistic view of the opportunities ahead of us.

Cons

None, you know exactly why you wake up every morning: make the world a better place with more fairly distributed opportunities. This mission would make me go through a tough day with a strong drive, and it's the same for all my colleagues.

Pros

It's an amazing place to work, true to the values of the company and everyone is so eager to work and get things done. They provide a super nice welcome, even better than many non-remote places. It's truly a remote first company with a lot of emphasis in documentation and working async, which provides a lot of opportunities to improve your work life balance; besides, leaders and coworkers always remind you the importance of having time for you and your family.

Cons

Since it's a very new company there are many process and things to improve / make less manual, but they are very open to hear and implement suggestions and create a better experience for customers.
