      Every Job Is What You Make It

      Pros

      Removery puts you through a 2 week training program. If you have a the ability to connect with a potential client & a strong sense of sales, you will be successful. If you do not have these 2 things, you will not be successful with this company. They offer a set schedule so you have work/life balance. You can make uncapped commission above the hourly rate of pay. The staff in Jacksonville consist of 3 people so we are very close which makes work, not feel like work. Every year they create new opportunities for growth within the company

      Cons

      Commission is split between all employees in each studio. Some studios have nurse practitioners or physicians assistants so their salary is already higher than the sales consultants due to their medical degrees. I wish they had a better system in place for this.
