Pros

Decent pay rate including public holidays Great laser modality Other clinic staff are mostly good to work with

Cons

You do not matter at this company, you are a number and nothing more. you will get constant pressure to meet KPIs, constant pressure to turn EVERY CONSULT INTO A SALE. Micromanagement is excruciatingly brain numbing and disheartening. Staff are not valued, promises of further training are never met and communication is lacking severely. There is no flexibility on rosters for anyone, staff have left due to their parenting commitments because management will not budge on the roster. Removery have some extremely talented staff who have education at a higher level in beauty and dermal therapy but treat them like they are unintelligent meat sacks with no value or purpose other than the bottom dollar. They opened far too many clinics too fast in Australia and the client base simply is not there to maintain the outgoings required to keep the clinics open.

Pros

Decent hourly pay Rewarding lasering clients Continuous clinical education

Cons

Laser techs are overworked and under appreciated. They have monthly scores, and many people to report to, and get no appreciation. This company is more about bragging than humbly succeeding Any sale a sales lead makes, it's like they just found gold. If a laser tech has a successful treatment.. who cares. Doesn't matter. Only money matters for this company Management does not care whatsoever. Have an issue? Doesn't care. Have a personal matter? Doesn't care. I'm not sure what the managers actually do for their job besides travel to different locations and bark at everyone to increase sales They want you and 1 other person to build a successful business together without any guidance, support, or conflict resolution Laser techs are constantly being critiqued while sales leads get to do as they please Toxic work environment with no support from upper management They hire anyone

Pros

Coworkers, clients and location, in depth training

Cons

Extreme micro managment- they make you record your consultations and listen to every word, employees are blamed for systemic issues beyond their control, commission is often set up to be unattainable, the laser technicians are over worked often doing 20-25 treatments per day, business model is in the favour of the company and not the client, clients can’t get bookings, imagine selling a 5k package and not having any time to treat the clients for 3 months? And the expectation is to treat the client right away when it’s impossible
