Coworkers, clients and location, in depth training

Cons

Extreme micro managment- they make you record your consultations and listen to every word, employees are blamed for systemic issues beyond their control, commission is often set up to be unattainable, the laser technicians are over worked often doing 20-25 treatments per day, business model is in the favour of the company and not the client, clients can’t get bookings, imagine selling a 5k package and not having any time to treat the clients for 3 months? And the expectation is to treat the client right away when it’s impossible

Good starting wage with ability to make commission. Opportunity to grow with in company. Leadership is friendly and easy to work with. Coaching staff is positive and very helpful.

Cons

Hours of operation are late. Hard to balance work/family. High turnover in company.
