Upper management flying by the seat of their pants throwing stuff at the wall seeing what sticks. Projects are never fully flushed out before being released and you get torn from project to project depending on what the upper management feels is an emergency that day/hour/minute. Highly disorganized and poor communication between departments which leads to less productivity and more misunderstandings. Turnover is ridiculous. The AGS Techs (the lowest paid employees) are treated with a lot of disrespect by upper managers and even though I wasn’t in that role - I despised seeing employees treated that way.

The current HR leadership appears to function more as a tool to apply pressure on employees and shield upper management from accountability, rather than serving as a true advocate for staff. The VP of HR has demonstrated a tendency to micromanage and marginalize those who offer differing views, while lacking a strong grasp of day-to-day operations—leading to frequent errors and confusion. Overall, the management culture reflects a disregard for employee well-being. The prevailing approach is to demand longer hours, assign blame freely, deflect responsibility, and quietly push out dissenting voices. It’s a highly toxic environment, and caution is advised.

Too many to count. Gossip, favoritism, and lack of support for supervisors by upper management to name a few.

Favoritism, your concerns will not be heard, you're expected to accept the harassment, upper management does nothing, make sure to go big because they will let you lowball yourself.
