Pros

Renaissance has a very supportive management team and working here gives you the sense that you are a vital and valued member of the company. They also provide an excellent benefits package to full-time employees. Frequent meetings and surveys give each employee a voice.

Cons

You are working in education, but you don't get the summers off.

Cons

Because of the above, getting replacement or new reqs filled can take a long time.

The mission of the company is clear and drives decisions. Products are dedicated to making learning a reality for all students at all levels. Opportunities exist in the company to take initiative and influence both strategy and process. Management is forward-thinking and highly skilled.

Cons

The culture is feeling some growing pains between its origins and its vision for the future, but leaders are committed to bridging both old and new culture and forging an effective and engaging work environment.
