This company has a lot to offer for anyone looking to make a difference in education. I have never worked for a company that cares so much for its customers and employees. It truly is a breath of fresh air. I really can't say enough great things about the company

Cons

Onboarding is challenging. You can feel like you are barely treading water with everything being thrown at you. When you are new to the company, it can be a little overwhelming with all of the onboard training meetings, and optional learning meetings that are put on the calendar.

Great coworkers and some wonderful learning opportunities. Some incredibly smart educators here!

Cons

Company feels too corporate. Top-down. My manager is awesome and so is my team, but the overall company feel isn't great. I feel expendable at any moment.
