      Pros

      I have never met an unpleasant person working at Renaissance. Honestly, everyone I've met truly cares about the work we do and why we do it. Who doesn't want to go to work every day knowing your company is doing good for the children of the world?

      Cons

      The onboarding needs work, not just to help new employees feel at home sooner, but to allow for more movement across the organization, which generates personal growth and idea sharing.

      Pros

      Positive environment that uses lots of modern tools, company respects work life balance. Large scale company with plenty of areas where any developer can find work they're comfortable with.

      Cons

      Poor incentives for personal growth, putting yourself out there for more work doesn't result in any benefits other than getting more work and responsibilities. Year to year pay raises don't even keep up with inflation, even with a promotion on top
