Pros

This bank operates just as any other smaller bank would. Just started offering some paid maternity leave.

Cons

The pay is on the lower side, from what I can see for our area. I have been at the company for 3 years and just got a 3% annual raise, bringing my hourly rate up to $22.32. Accounting for inflation rates this year, that's a pay cut. The paid time off is dismal until you reach 5 years in the company.

Pros

1)Good entry level job 2) Bank holidays 3) Decent insurance 4) 401K match

Cons

1) Low Pay 2) Little room for growth 3) If you work at a location that was not originally Renasant Bank (Renasant acquired a location that was previously another bank), you will be treated unfairly/forgotten about.

Pros

good benefits, vacation/ sick pay, hours

Cons

The location I worked at was very clicky. If you knew a superior was incorrect on bank knowledge and you tried to politely correct them, you would basically be harassed. This superior was so rude to me that I think she was convinced that I was just going to quit, I didn't, so she came up with a lie that gave them no choice but to fire me.
